14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your item for:

  • A different size (2XL–5XL), subject to availability.

  • A different color, if available.

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed and shipped.

Refund Policy

Eligible returns can be refunded if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days and meets the eligibility conditions.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or altered products.
